2012 Superfood Challenge by Escape From Obesity

Superfood to eat this week is brocolli and it's sidekicks cauliflower, brussel sprouts, kale, and turnips. The challenge is to eat these food at least three times per week.

  2. I was giving turnips in a side of veggies in a restaurant a few weeks ago and loved them. One of my goals for 2012 is to try different types of veggies and learn to cook them. Going to research and try turnips soon.

  3. I'm not sure I can eat turnips! I do like a ton of other veggies and I eat a lot of veggies, but I'm just not sure about those turnips!
